🏀 Celebrating Our First International Game

On October 12, 2024, Freetown Jazz Academy made history by hosting Sierra Leone’s first-ever international basketball game against D-Rockas Basketball Club from Liberia. This landmark event showcased the growth of basketball in our nation and highlighted the talent of our players, especially our Jazz Queens.

The atmosphere at Sportzone, Lumley Beach, was electric, with fans, families, and supporters coming together to celebrate. It marked the beginning of a new chapter for basketball in Sierra Leone.
